Sioło Budy Guest House

Accommodation Gastronomy
Budy
Sioło Budy Guest House is a place worth stopping by for a longer while. It will be particularly appreciated by those who love nature, good food, Podlasie and borderland tradition, as well as those who would like to taste a little bit of luxury.

Located in the heart of Białowieża Primeval Forest, Sioło Budy offers accommodation for 80 guests. Here visitors will find spacious suites with a fireplace, as well as cosy standard rooms - all furnished with exceptional taste. Each element of the interior is polished to perfection, nothing is random. Everything refers to the folk tradition. Furniture, tapestries, paper cuttings and spiders hanging from the ceiling are reminiscent of times past when Jankiel played the cymbals, and Wojski organized outings to the forest in the search for wild mushrooms.

A very special attention was paid during the construction of the guest house to the health advantages of a wooden structure. Fresh wood - impregnated only with wax – helps maintain a unique micro-climate that ensures sound sleep, soothing relaxation and improves the condition of the body and spirit. It is worth mentioning that in 2010 Sioło Budy received an award for the best-preserved sight of rural wooden architecture in Podlasie region.

In the vicinity of the guest house there is an inn, where visitors can savor a variety of regional cuisine such as wild game or borderland dishes, and an open-air museum dating back to the nineteenth century. There, Maria and Sergiusz Niczyporuk, the hosts of Sioło Budy as well as the native inhabitants of Podlasie, take their guests on memorable guided trips.
